These policies are drafted for Asetos Computers' website, online shop, repair intake process, invoices and customer communications. They are intended to be read together. Nothing in these policies removes any consumer right that cannot be excluded under South African law.

1. Cleared payment required

Orders are processed only after payment has reflected in Asetos Computers' account or has been confirmed by the payment provider.

A standard 24-hour order processing period applies after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment reflection times

Same bank payments to our listed bank account will normally reflect immediately.

EFT payments from other banks may take longer.

PayFast and Payflex payments may take up to 48 hours to reflect.

Bob Shop / BidorBuy payments may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

Asetos Computers is not responsible for delays caused by banks, gateways or payment platforms.

3. Fraud prevention

Asetos Computers may delay, hold or cancel any order where payment appears suspicious, incomplete, reversed, disputed, flagged, or subject to fraud checks.

We may request proof of payment, proof of identity or additional verification before releasing goods.

4. Ownership

Ownership remains with Asetos Computers until full cleared payment has been received.

5. Pricing errors

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, stock, specification or description error, Asetos Computers may cancel the order and refund the customer, unless the order has already been confirmed and fulfilled.
