- Payfast payments take 48 hours to reflect. Payments on BidorBuy will take 24 Hours to reflect. Nedbank Payments to our bank account reflect immediately.
- We use The Courier Guy, CourierIT, MDS or Dawn Wing but you are welcome to send your own courier or pickup from our premises in Rosebank.
- We will exchange defective products within the warranty period. This is usually 30 days for refurbished items unless stated otherwise.
- If items are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon receiving the package in order to file a claim with shipper. (PLEASE RETAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS FOR CLAIM PICKUP)
- Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.
- Shipping costs are Non Refundable for erroneously ordered items.
- Any replacement shipping costs will be covered by Asetos Computers.
- There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment & Ownership
Orders are processed once payment reflects in our account (standard 24-hour processing). EFT payments to the same bank usually reflect immediately; PayFast/Payflex may take up to 48 hours. Ownership of goods remains with Asetos Computers until full payment has cleared.
Shipping, Delivery & Collection
We deliver across South Africa via third-party couriers; delivery times are estimates only. Collection is available from Shop G15, The Zone @ Rosebank, 177 Oxford Road, Rosebank. If you arrange your own courier, risk passes to you on collection. Report any transit damage within 24 hours and keep all packaging.
Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, replacement parts and refurbished devices carry a 6-month warranty; repair jobs carry a 3-month warranty on the specific repaired fault, part and labour. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and supplied parts, but excludes misuse, liquid/physical damage, power surges, unauthorised repairs, software issues, wear and tear and customer-supplied parts. Used/refurbished/graded items may show cosmetic signs of prior use; condition is disclosed where possible.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Contact us before returning any item. Valid warranty claims are handled per the warranty and South African law. For change-of-mind / wrong-item returns, the item must be unused, complete and unopened; a handling/restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, and shipping is for the customer's account. Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days to process after inspection.
Cooling-Off (Online Orders)
Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel certain online orders within 7 days of delivery and return the goods complete (return cost may be for your account). This does not apply to special-order, installed, opened or custom items, or goods that cannot be returned by their nature.
Repairs
Asetos Computers is an independent repairer and not an authorised repair centre for major manufacturers. Back up your data and keep passwords/BitLocker keys available before booking in. A standard assessment fee of R345 may apply (often waived if you proceed with the repair). Work begins only after written approval. The repair warranty applies only to the specific approved fault, part and labour.
