Open-Mesh OM5P-AC — Dual-Band Cloud-Managed Access Point, No Adapter (Used)
The Open-Mesh OM5P-AC is a dual-band 802.11ac access point delivering up to 1.17 Gbps combined (300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps on 5 GHz). Its 2x2 MIMO design and support for 20 to 50 simultaneous users make it a sensible fit for hotels, apartment complexes, restaurants and offices. The differentiator is cloud management through Open-Mesh's CloudTrax with a free lifetime licence, giving centralised control, real-time insight and self-healing mesh coverage. It is flexible on power too, accepting 802.3af, 24V passive PoE or 12 to 24V DC. Please note this unit ships with no power adapter.

Payment & Ownership
Orders are processed once payment reflects in our account (standard 24-hour processing). Same bank payments to our listed bank account normally reflect immediately; PayFast/Payflex may take up to 48 hours. Ownership of goods remains with Asetos Computers until full payment has cleared.
Shipping, Delivery & Collection
We deliver across South Africa via third-party couriers; delivery times are estimates only. Collection is available from Shop G15, The Zone @ Rosebank, 177 Oxford Road, Rosebank. If you arrange your own courier, risk passes to you on collection. Report any transit damage within 24 hours and keep all packaging.
Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, replacement parts and refurbished devices carry a 6-month warranty; repair jobs carry a 3-month warranty on the specific repaired fault, part and labour. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and supplied parts, but excludes misuse, liquid/physical damage, power surges, unauthorised repairs, software issues, wear and tear and customer-supplied parts. Used/refurbished/graded items may show cosmetic signs of prior use; condition is disclosed where possible.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Contact us before returning any item. Valid warranty claims are handled per the warranty and South African law. For change-of-mind / wrong-item returns, the item must be unused, complete and unopened; a handling/restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, and shipping is for the customer's account. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days, regardless of any cooling-off period.
Cooling-Off (Online Orders)
Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel certain online orders within 7 days of delivery and return the goods complete (return cost may be for your account). This does not apply to special-order, installed, opened or custom items, or goods that cannot be returned by their nature.
Repairs
Asetos Computers is an independent repairer and not an authorised repair centre for major manufacturers. Back up your data and keep passwords/BitLocker keys available before booking in. A standard assessment fee of R345 may apply (often waived if you proceed with the repair). Work begins only after written approval. The repair warranty applies only to the specific approved fault, part and labour.
